Chirimen is a traditional high-end Japanese crepe fabric with threads twisted in different directions, resulting in a ripple effect on the surface of the fabric. Fabric with a slightly shiny appearance, very smooth and wrinkle-resistant.
This type of fabric is widely used in haute couture.
