Delivery

Packages are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and vacation closings) after receipt of your payment.

We only ship to France (metropolitan France and DOM-TOM), European Union (except Germany) and Switzerland.

Germany is not delivered anymore due to the cost of the packaging law which is too high for such a small volume as ours in this country.

Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online (by email and available in your customer area in the Order History section).

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

For French overseas departments and territories and Switzerland, orders are invoiced free of tax, and you will have to pay VAT and customs duties on receipt of the package, if applicable. The packages are supplied with the necessary customs documents in accordance with ongoing regulations.

Particular care is taken to packages containing fragile products.

Shipping costs are free in mainland France for purchases from 75€ (VAT included) (excluding shipping costs) and 140€ (VAT included) in the European Union.

  •  France (mainland)

The standard shippind method is Colissimo with tracking (without signature for small orders, with signature for bigger orders).

The standard delivery time for Colissimo is 2 to 3 days after shipment. Due to the current overload from Coronavirus and end-of-year celebrations, Colissimo no longer guarantees its deadlines. In practice,  about 2 out of 3 packages arrive in 2 days, and the rest within 1 to 3 mor days. If your package has not reached you after 8 days, do not hesitate to send us a message so that we can initiate the necessary enquiries and claims.

Mondial Relay parcel pick up points are also available at a lower price.

  •  Overseas France

The standard shipping method is Colissimo signature. Shipping costs are the same regardless of the order amount.

A cheaper delivery option for Mondial Relay pick up points is also available for Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.

  • Switzerland

The standard shipping method is Colissimo (parcel with signature).

Standard shipping usually takes 3-4 days for Switzerland.

Returns and exchanges

For any return, please inform us by email or via the contact form with your name and order number at the address webmaster@couleursjapon.com

Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 days to return products that do not suit you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty.

No return will be accepted for personalized or tailor-made products.

Cut-to-size products (fabrics, ribbons, etc. cut by the meter) returns are possible but we will keep 10% of the original product price since it is rarely possible for us to sell exactly the same length of the same product.

Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded within 7 days via the same payment method used for your order.

For practical reasons we do not make credits or exchanges, but only refunds.

In the event of a defect on a product, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone so that we can find the best solution together.
