  • Genmou

    Very soft japanese knitting yarn made of twisted merino wool.

    The name comes from the lightness and softness of raw wool, which is said "genmou" (原毛) in japanese. This wool is made in Bishu, an area located near the city of Ichinomiya in Aichi prefecture, Japan.

    100% merino yarn.

    Sold in 30g balls (about 91m).

    3,9 to 4,5mm needles. 4 to 4,5mm crochets hooks.

  • Café Kitchen

    Café Kitchen is a yarn designed especially to make tawashi, traditional eco scrubbing brush that you can machine wash and use for several years.

    Using antibacterial silver ion technology, this yarn does not mold or smell bad and has a rough surface so that it can scrap pans better.

    You can also use it to knit or crochet exfoliating gloves for the bathroom.

    100% acrylic, it has a natural look unlike other specific tawashi yarns.

    25g for 48m (plenty enough for one tawashi).

    Made in Japan.

  • Kinu

    Kinu is a 100% silk yarn.

    The yarn is produced from the remnants of spun silk filaments, and different colored fibers are mixed together for a heathered effect.

    Kinu is an all-purpose silk thread, for everyday wear or more elegant outfits.

    It can be knitted in single or multi-strands. It is also often knitted with Sensai wool.

    Kinu is sold in 425m cones for 50g.

  • Linen Ramie Cotton

    Japanese yarn in cotton, linen and ramie perfect for your spring or summer dress knits, or for knitting or crocheting accessories.

    With the softness of cotton and the freshness and solidity of linen and ramie.

    50% cotton, 25% linen, 25% ramie.

    Sold in balls of 50g (about 102m).

    Needles 3.6 to 4.2mm. 4mm hooks.

    Sample 10cm x 10cm: 19-22 stitches and 27-30 rows.

    Hand washing.

    About 7 balls for a little sleeveless top, 2 balls for a hat.

  • Sensai

    ITO Sensai is a delicate mohair yarn with 40% silk, luxurious and as light as a feather. Use it for lacework or for light, elegant knits.

    Hand wash.

    60% mohair - 40% silk.

    240m for 20g.

    2 to 5mm needles depending on the desired aspect.

    Asa as trace yarn knitted with Sensai adds stability. Sensai and Kinu give silky luster for pullovers, scarfs and jackets.

  • Geek

    GEEK is a funny yarn, just like lily yarn wrapped fluffy wool yarn with other color.

    These colors remind you electronic parts or neon lights. For strange yarn lovers, we named this yarn “GEEK”.

    You can find difference between yarn and knitting fabric. Making elongated stitch and fringe is interesting.

    It is easy to knit because Lily yarn is light and not split.

    56% wool, 30% polyester, 14% alpaga.

    Knitting needles 5,7 to 6,00mm. Crochets 5,5 to 6mm.

    Gauge 10cm x 10cm : 13-13,5 stitches and 19-20 rows.
